Up to 2 – 3 times more life for new batteries and new life to older mechanically sound batteries.

DISSOLVES BETTER BY KILLING SULPHATION, BETTER AND FASTER COLD MORNING STARTS, CONSTANT BRIGHTER LIGHTS, RAPID POWER RECOVERY AND RECHARGE HOLDS CHARGE LONGER BETWEEN USE, INCREASES BATTERY EFFICIENCY UP TO 18%.

Approximately 70% of lead-acid batteries, over a period of time, stop operating because of a build build-up of lead sulphate (sulphation) on the plates. Charging the battery does not stop this sulphation from happening. INOX-MX2 Battery Conditioner is an electro-chemical catalyst that can be added to any lead-acid batteries to increase the performance and life of the battery.

Adding INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner to a lead-acid battery helps stop lead sulphate build up on the plates, increases battery life by up to 2 to 3 times, increases battery efficiency by 18%, gives brighter lights, faster starts & recharges.

INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner can be added to older batteries providing the older battery has only a sulphate problem and is mechanically sound. It should add another 1 to 2 years to the life of the battery. INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner only needs to be added once in the life of a battery.

NOTE: There is a 2-3% failure rate when adding INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner to batteries that are more than 2 years old.

What is Sulfation?

Sulfation is common in batteries that sit for periods of time between uses, such as in secondary vehicles, pleasure boats, motorcycles, off-road vehicles or personal aircraft. Sulfation is the primary cause for battery failure, and is a result of repeated swings from a discharged state to a charged state, overcharging and hot climates.

Sulfation occurs when sulfuric acid or electrolyte breaks down, causing lead sulfur crystals to coat the lead plates inside the acid battery. This interferes with the battery’s ability to convert chemical energy to electricity, weakens the electrolyte solution and lessens the battery’s ability to accept a charge. Sufficiently advanced sulfation will render a battery useless, and can happen in as little as six months to a year.  INOX MX2 dissolves battery killing sulfation!!!

Inox mx2 BATTERY CONDITIONER OVERVIEW (FAQ’s)

What is Inox mx2 Battery Conditioner?

Inox mx2 Battery Conditioner is an electro-chemical catalyst that can be added to all lead acid batteries to increase the performance and life of the batteries.

How Does Inox mx2 Work on Batteries & What are the Benefits of Using It?
Inox mx2 Battery Conditioner, when added to a lead acid battery dissolves and helps prevent the recurrence of sulfation, keeps plates and separators clean and in good condition, restores the active ingredients and allows the battery to operate at full capacity. Inox mx2 is a product that dramatically enhances battery performance. Without mx2 batteries die an inevitable slow death, due to the sulfation process that coats the lead plates inside a lead acid battery when it is used to start a gas motor or run an electric motor. Layer after layer of sulfation builds up with each use until the battery can no longer hold a charge.  Another problem occurs when a battery sits idle for several months (winter, summer, between jobs).  The layers of sulfation coating the lead plates begin to harden like a rock encapsulating the lead plates.  The battery loses its ability to hold a charge compared to when it was in prior use.  The longer the battery sits, the harder the layers of sulfation become, and the less charge the batteries will hold for future use.

Adding Inox mx2 Battery Conditioner makes the battery’s energy making process more efficient. In new batteries, mx2 keeps the sulfation process from sticking to the lead plates, and recycles it within the battery, so the lead plates stay clean, and the battery performs better having (2 to 3 times) longer life. It also increases battery efficiency by up to 18%, gives brighter lights, faster starts and recharge.

Can Inox mx2 Be Used on Old and New Batteries?
Inox BATTERY CONDITIONER, can be added to a battery of any age. The older the battery is, the less effective it is. If an older battery will not hold its charge properly, has recharging problems or is generally slow, the addition of Inox mx2 in approximately 90% of cases will give the battery additional new life for up to 2 – 3 years. In functionally sound older batteries that are losing their ability to hold a charge, Inox mx2 has a 98% success rate in returning the battery back to  the ability to hold a good charge. By releasing millions of ions into the battery, Inox mx2 increases the battery’s efficiency (ability to hold a charge), and begins recycling the sulfation that has built up on the lead plates.  Within a couple weeks of regular use, the once tired battery will come back to life. Note; There is about a 2 – 3% failure rate when adding Inox mx2 Battery Conditioner to batteries that are 2 years old or more.

Do Temperature Changes Affect the way Inox mx2 Works on Batteries?
Seasonal temperatures also affect battery performance. Cold weather makes engine oil thicker, therefore putting more stress on older sulfated batteries making it difficult to crank the engine. Batteries with Inox Battery Conditioner added to them do not have difficulty cranking engines in cold weather conditions, because the battery’s lead plates stay clean, and is full of cranking power!!!

The process of how lead acid batteries create energy reduces the water level in the battery over months of use.  Hot summer weather increases the operating temperature inside the battery even more, so water levels can drop quicker.  Checking the water level in the battery every two to three months, and topping them up until the water is above the lead plates will make sure the battery continues to function properly.  Low water level in battery will reduce its life.

How often do  I have to Add Inox mx2 to my Batteries?
Inox Battery Conditioner will not evaporate out of the battery.  It is an electro-chemical catalyst that is only added one time for the life of the battery.

Will Inox-mx2 Work on All Lead Acid Batteries?
Inox Battery Conditioner is NOT a cure all; it will have little or no effect on mechanically unsound batteries. If a battery is dead, it is recommended to charge the battery to see if the charging level increases prior to adding mx2 Battery Conditioner.  This will prove that the battery has the ability to hold a charge and that it is still mechanically sound.  This reduces the chance of wasting Inox-mx2 on a bad battery.

Recommendations: Once you have added Inox Battery Conditioner to your battery, you should still run the vehicle/motor or charge the battery on a regular basis to keep its charge.  Inox will help reduce the charging time and help keep the charges longer between use.

How to Use Inox Battery Conditioner on Badly Sulfated Batteries:

  1. Add Inox Battery Conditioner in the correct dosage and charge the battery at the rate of 12-15 amps for the first two hours, then 5 – 8 amps for the next 48 hours.
  2. Remove battery from charger and let it stand for 96 hours.
  3. Reconnect charger and charge battery at the rate of 5 – 8 amps for 12 hours.
  4. Discharge battery slowly over the next 12 hours (eg: spotlights, small electric motor, etc.
  5. Repeat No’s 3 and 4 two more times to break up and recycle the hardened layers of sulfation (lead sulfate) that have coated the internal lead plates when the battery was in prior use.  Without Inox-mx2, the longer the battery sits between use, the harder the layers of sulfation become and the less voltage the battery holds. Regular use causes layers of sulfation to build up on lead plates. These layers increase the battery’s operating temperatures, which cause the layers of sulfation to harden and reduces the battery’s ability to hold a charge.
  6. Recharge battery at the rate of 5 – 8 amps for 12 hours. The battery should now be back in  good fully recharged condition.  Putting the battery back into full service will show greater improvement over the next couple of weeks.
