Atlantic Steel saves money and increases productivity with Inox

Atlantic Steel uses Inox to save money and increase productivity.

Atlantic Steel Inc., based in Altamonte Springs, Florida has been using INOX products for their Welding Business over the past year. According to Barry McCullen, President, the use of INOX products at their aluminum and steel manufacturing facility “has helped them increase their profits and it shows directly in the numbers.”

How They Saved Money with INOX:

  • Decrease in Consumables: Less drill bits, saw blades and other supplies needed; Multi-purpose INOX replaced several other products.
  • Reduced Down Time Increased Productivity: Fewer drill bit, saw blade & tip changes kept production going; Using mx3 as Cutting Fluid kept bits and parts cool for continuous production. Since mx3 is anti-microbial, it did not go rancid or spoil; it reduced exposure to bacteria & viruses and kept down time to a minimum unlike other water soluble products.  It also made it easy to clean up. MX2 used in batteries kept mobile welders & forklifts in operation. [Read more...]
